The audiovisual and spatial installation Loneliness was commissioned in 2016 by Flow Foundation and research agency SAMR, in collaboration with Gauthier Productions. As loneliness is a broad and subjective issue, the installation zooms in on loneliness among the elderly. Visitors travel in a few minutes from a filled and rich social life to a life of isolation and loneliness. The installation consists of a video presentation with soundscape and a spatial installation that changes with the image and sound.
